Joe Anderson

Joe is a seasoned senior business executive, a business owner and a retired U. S. Marine Corps Officer. In his more than 30 years as a senior business executive and business owner, he has successfully led organizations to achieve high levels of operational effectiveness and profitability. Joe held senior executive line positions in two (2) Fortune 500 companies to include CEO of a Pennzoil subsidiary company; and a Principle with Anderson Performance Partners, LLC, a leadership Development and organizational strategic alignment consulting firm, advising Fortune 500 firms. His last engagement was Chief Operating Officer of a technology company specializing in ecommerce and mobile application solutions for ERP systems. Joe is a Certified SCORE Counselor a Certified Advisor for the Organization for Entrepreneur Development (OED).

As a military officer, senior business executive, business owner, entrepreneur and business counselor, Joe has a broad background in leading and managing key operational functions to include strategic planning, human capital management, education and training, IT, logistics, marketing, finance, accounting, procurement, supplier management, customer service, legal, supply chain, facilities maintenance and sales.
