Rex Eagan

Rex Eagan has a wealth of experience in providing engineering and IT services and products to federal government clients.  He serves as CEO of JAG, a Veteran’s Administration certified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business.

Prior to his work with JAG, Rex co-founded Eagan, McAllister Associates Inc. ("EMA"), a government contracting company, in 1984. Under his guidance as Chairman of the Board of Directors, the company grew from two employees to over 1,000, and revenues grew from $12,000 to over $100 million annually. Rex retired from EMA in 2000

Eagan McAllister Associates, Inc. (“EMA”), now a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAIC, provides world-class IT services focused on aviation and command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) programs supporting the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Special Operations Command.

Prior to its acquisition by SAIC, Washington Technology ranked EMA #77 in its Top 100 Federal Prime Contractors list; Government Executive ranked EMA #49 in its Top 50 Navy Contractors list; and EMA received from the Defense Security Service the prestigious James S. Cogswell Award for Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement. In 2010, EMA was honored by the St.

Mary’s County (MD) Department of Economic and Community Development as the first inductee into its Business Hall of Fame.

Before starting EMA, Mr. Eagan headed the Booz Allen and Hamilton office that directly supported the Naval Air Test Center and Naval Electronics Systems Engineering Activity at Patuxent River.

In addition to successfully starting and running companies, Rex is an accomplished educator and trainer. He brings over thirty (30) years of experience in government contracting to the classroom.

Rex is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He served on active duty as a commissioned officer in the US Navy from 1964 to 1969.
